About the Event

I’m sure that, by now, you may have heard of the amazing benefits of mindfulness and meditation. So, I won’t bore you with the details! What I often hear from people are the excuses of not being able to find the time. Truth is, if this process were fun and exhilarating, we would all be making it a priority in our daily life.

What if I told you that there is a fun and exciting breathwork methodology that can help you increase your energy and focus, reduce stress and also help you enter a deep meditative state in minutes? Various breathwork practices have been practiced by CEOs and professionals to accelerate cognitive performance and increase productivity. Athletes have been using it to increase their endurance and performance. Navy Seals engage in the practice during high stress situations to calm their nervous system and Yogis have been using it for thousands of years to enter deep meditative states.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools to enter altered states of consciousness to actively rewire your subconscious brain. In Yogic tradition, we say that the quality of your breath determines the quality of your life. Breathing is the only function that can be controlled both consciously and unconsciously. This scientifically proven method of rhythmic breathing has the potential to instantly switch from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest mode). Unfortunately, our system is perpetually living in the fight or flight response in the modern era and hence, flooded with stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. This leads to a host of negative consequences for our body and mind. It’s good news that we can learn to master our autonomous nervous system through our breath!

Through harnessing the power of your breath, you will enter deep meditative states. I will be guiding you through a very potent form of breathwork technique that incorporates creative visualisation, toning, ancient yogic techniques and breathing in beats to hypnotic brain entrainment music. You will learn how to consciously change the depth, rhythm and rate of your breath to hack the signals transmitted from the body’s respiratory system to the neural pathways in the brain. We will be hacking our consciousness to delve deeper into our subconscious brain to actively reprogram the neural pathways and create the feeling of peace, bliss, and euphoric joy. This is a powerful tool to activate the seeds of your creative potential deep within.

Breathwork is becoming increasingly popular today and for good reason. The latest scientific research on the subject demonstrates a wide variety of benefits when practiced regularly.  I am excited to be facilitating this session. For best results, please refrain from eating 2-3 hours before the session.
