We have all experienced trauma to a certain degree. Trauma is not held in our brains, it is held in our tissues. Hence, we can go through life, holding onto these neuropeptides and stress hormones that are embedded in our bodily tissues. Through somatic movement and breathwork practices, we are able to create our own medicine through movement. An alchemical release so to speak. Come explore the healing modality of elemental dance to unleash your wild child inside. This is a not for profit initiative. All proceeds go towards the conservation efforts in rainforests across the world.
